If you are new we have multiple ways for you to get started at CrossFit Lorton. Read below to learn all about our programs to get people started
The CrossFit Lorton Challenge is meant to give everyone access to our proven system that will help you drop fat, build confidence and live an all-around happier healthier life. In 6 weeks you’ll make a series of small, incremental changes and create positive healthy habits that will lead to achieving your health and fitness goals. You’ll work directly with a Certified CrossFit Lorton Coach who will personally help you implement nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle habits that will create a better version of you. You will also do this as part of a team creating a support system that will guarantee success! The Challenge runs 4-6 times per year, ou next Challenge program starts on June 12! We typically run a challenge once per season.

BURN is the perfect place to start your fitness journey! We have taken the high intensity aspect of CrossFit and removed the Barbell and complex movements making it a great program for beginners. If you have been intimidated to try CrossFit then BURN is the option for you. BURN workouts focus on high intensity cardio using Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Dumbbells, TRX Suspension systems and your own bodyweight to BURN Fat and Build Confidence! Since we don’t do complex barbell movements in BURN this is a great way for beginners to get started, no experience or Foundations Program is required!
What to expect in each class:

-High Intenisty Interval Workout
$150 per Month for Unlimited Classes
New to CrossFit but have a backgound in exercise than our Private Foundations is the starting point for you. In your Private Foundations Courses you will cover all of the topics and information in our previous Foundations classes however it will be customized just for you and will be done at your speed. After testing multiple different methods we have found this to be the most efficient and best method of getting people started in CrossFit.
During these sessions we cover the Fundamental movements that we do at CrossFit Lorton, Nutrition, Mobility, Strength Training, and Cardiovascular Endurance. These Sessions are scheduled with your Foundations Coach based on your availability.
Cost: $250 Includes One Month of CrossFit 6 Day per Week Plan
*If you require more one on one sessions addition sessions are $40 each per session
So, you have been doing CrossFit and either are new to the area and looking for a new place to call home or you are thinking of making a switch. For experienced CrossFitters we offer a free week so you can come on in and see if we are the right fit for you! If you have been out for a while or need a refresher course than our Prep Course may be a good fit. Shoot us an email and lets get you in to try the gym and check out all that we have to offer!
Just in town for a day or more, come on in and we can get you set while you’re in town! Send us an email and let us know when and how long you’ll be in town and we’d love to have you swing by and get in a workout! First drop in is free, if you want grab a shirt and you are all set. If you will be in town for more than a couple days we can come up with a plan that works for you!
