Our CrossFit Teens program is designed for teens aged 10-14 years old, focusing on developing overall athleticism, strength and proper movement mechanics. Teens are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue onto higher level sports and into adulthood. Our Teens classes are geared to Teens looking for a general fitness program as well as those looking to improve in their sport of choice.
