CrossFit Kids program is designed for kids ages 4-9 focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Our youngest athletes are encouraged to stay active in a fun, light-hearted environment. They move, grow, and discover their self-confidence while developing body awareness and coordination. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means that consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement. The goal of CrossFit Kids is to help kids develop a lifelong love of exercise and fitness.
