Burn takes the best aspects of High Intensity Cardio and Strength Training and combines them into one program that will help you become leaner, stronger and more physically fit than you have ever been. Burn workouts focus on using high intensity cardio (running, rowing, bikes) along with kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells and bodyweight movements to give you a workout like never before that will leave you sweating and wanting for more!
What to expect in each class:
-Group Warm Up
-High Intensity Cardio
This is a no barbell class, for the strength portion of class you will use Medicine Balls, Kettlebells, Suspension Trainers, Bands and your bodyweight to get you stronger and more fit than ever before. For the High Intensity Cardio you will row (Concept2), Air Bike, Run and Jump combined with strength training movements to get you the best in overall functional fitness. We work to make you capable of taking on any task life throws at you.
